Ken Baittinger is a charismatic real estate broker and has been with Outer Banks Blue Realty since 2012, recently joined forces with Stacey Baittinger at Landmark Sotheby’s Coastal Luxury International Realty. He has always loved helping people and has a diverse background in the service industry.

A Long Beach Island New Jersey native, Ken is a natural, genuine fisherman and surfer. Ken followed his dreams to California graduating from San Diego State University with Bachelor of Science degree in communications, lived and surfed in Hawaii for 5 years, then settled down on the Outer Banks.

Here he earned a master’s degree in Education. He was recruited by a top agent in 2011 into real estate before he accepted a teaching position. He thrives in sales and is a consistent top producer. Ken’s fun-loving nature and ability to balance work and play create a positive experience for his clients.

He has a unique ability to insulate buyers and sellers from the stressful part of a transaction and helps get the deal to the finish line. Ken is married to Stacey and has a stepson Dustin, and 3 dogs Freya, Loki and Jackie. They reside sound front in Kill Devil Hills.
